“Stewart Time” Response Guarantee:

When emergency service is needed, we will have a service technician at your location to repair your MFP within 90-minutes from the time we log your call within a 15 mile radius of our office and 180 minutes if outside of this area. For single function products, we will have a service technician at your location within a 15 mile radius of our office. If we are late, we will take 1% off the current month’s service billing for that machine for every minute we are late, up to 100%. Please note, our completion time for all service calls averages just over 2 hours.
